
This retreat is embracing ecotherapy and the wisdom of nature. Through leaning into the natural world, we are creating space and opportunities to come into a connection with nature.
Through yoga, mindfulness, creative approaches, forest bathing, walking, swimming and being outdoors we’ll feel the therapeutic benefit of the natural world.
Nicola and Rebecca have been hosting retreats together for many years each bringing their own expertise and experience.
Nicola is a yoga and Pilates teacher, specialising in Hatha and fascia release. Trained in essential oils and Reiki, she brings a healing energy to all her flows. Nicola is also a sound therapist and regularly hosts sound baths for relaxation.
Rebecca is an integrative counsellor and mindfulness teacher. She specialises in ecotherapy and creative approaches supporting people to come into a deep connection with themselves and nature. Rebecca is also a sound therapist, using sound a regulator for the autonomic nervous system.

How we’ll spend our retreat
We’ll have offerings for you throughout our stay but everything is an invitation. You can retreat how you want to retreat.
Each of our offerings embraces a different element of nature to help us lean into a connection with the natural world. We’ll have daily meditation and yoga practices. Outdoor walking, wild swimming in the ocean and river, exploring the Cornish coastline, forest bathing, journaling, fire circles, forest bathing, artscaping and much more.
The retreat is fully catered and so once you arrive, you don’t need to think about anything.
