Lower Marsh Farm
Join Kate in the stunning Cornish countryside for a weekend of workshops, nature, connection and relaxation.
“Absolutely fantastic experience; very well organised and nothing was too much trouble. Learnt a lot about coping with the pressures of life.” Jag (2022 Retreat)
This weekend will be packed full of workshops designed to give you the tools to build lasting confidence. Nestled in rural Cornwall, you will be able to escape the distractions of life and focus on yourself, giving you the space, time and energy to learn, explore and take some life-changing steps. The group will be small – maximum 14 – creating a warm,
safe and non-judgemental environment to be ourselves, be open and share our stories.
On Friday we’ll settle in, enjoy afternoon tea and explore our peaceful location. I will get you started on your journey to understanding your relationship with your own confidence in preparation for the rest of the weekend. After a delicious homemade meal, we will relax by the fire and enjoy a good night’s sleep.
On Saturday we will get into the specifics of what confidence is and what might be holding you back. We’ll get to grips with how to overcome the fear that prevents us doing the things we want to do, but are currently too frightened to go for. You’ll gain an understanding of how to manage those emotions we try to avoid; embarrassment, judgement and shame. You will learn how to regain control over your mind and body, and reduce the physical side effects of fear. Although we cover a lot on this day, the learning will be both theoretical and practical, and I guarantee there will be plenty of laughter!
On Sunday I’ll explain how you can take all you’ve learned and continue to grow your confidence even after you leave. We will enjoy our surroundings with a walk down to the river before we say goodbye and I send you on your way; replenished, energised and ready to take on the world!
