The yoga and your host
Trina is trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Mandala Vinyasa, Yin, Rocket & Yoga for Sports. She has a passion for all things movement and believes in bringing a balance of strength and softness to the practice. Her flows are dynamic, creative, playful and encourage you to use the body to get out of the mind, with the breath to bring you focus and awareness. Trina has attended advanced anatomy courses to deepen her knowledge and passion for the amazing wonder that is the human body and loves to help you understand your own unique anatomy and movement!
