Nature Connects is a community interest company set up in Cornwall, offering Nature based interventions for health and wellbeing.

Sessions are run by Sarah Witts, a practitioner in Eco-psychology and Alice Wall, a forest school leader and ‘wild guide’.

Our one off sessions offer you a glimpse into how nature can benefit our health and are fun and informative.  Alice and Sarah offer a variety of seasonally themed nature connection activities to improve connection to yourself, others and the natural world, leaving you feeling blissful and enchanted.

You will come away with new personal connections and inspiration through new knowledge of the natural world.  Activities you can expect during our sessions include, but are not limited to:

  • fire building
  • shelter building
  • mindful meditation and ‘sit spots’
  • music creation
  • storytelling
  • story sharing
  • singing
